I designed this range of Pizza Peels in a 6 month period, they are made from Aluminum, Acacia & composite Bamboo for the wooden handles. Prototypes were extensively tested and in depth FEA analyses were conducted to ensure the Ally peels had the right amoutn of flex. Lotss of cook tests were conducted which included eating a lot of pizza!
